Enjoy a Sunday morning bird walk at ENC Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary. This program is designed for beginning and intermediate birders, but all levels and all ages are welcome. Our naturalist guide will give a brief introduction on the use of binoculars and bird identification, followed by a birding tour of our oak woodland, riparian, coastal sage scrub and chaparral native habitats. We will meet in front of the museum, begin at 8:00am and finish at 9:30am. Bring your binoculars or borrow some of ours and expect to see some of our favorite local birds and seasonal migrants. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are suggested.
Located in the Cleveland National Forest, the ENC Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary’s stunning views, easily accessible trails, and charming nature center will engage and delight the birding community.
